Hello and welcome to Prayer-Planet.com. My name is Tosin, today’s date is Saturday 29th August and this is a summary of the global requests I am asking for prayer for today:
Well that’s all I have time for today. If you want to see more please check out the website. If there is a request that I have left out, please share it in the comments below.
Please pray for the following matters:
Latest issues
1. Nepal/Tibet Landslide caused by glacier:
– Update: Nepal Hit by Second Deadly Flood — River Still Blocked After M5.2 Glacier Collapse: Please pray for protection upon people in the affected areas, that they would remain safe
– Now nearly 1500 people are missing: please pray that many of those who are missing will be found and rescued safely.
Ongoing matters
2. Ukraine:
– Please pray as a Russian night strike has bombarded 9 Ukrainian cities with missiles and drones; Kyiv is now under fire with warehouses burning. There is a suggestion that this could have been Kyiv’s worst night of the war so far.
-Please pray as voices suggest that Putin is planning a major escalation.
3. Iran
– Trump and China’s President Xi are apparently to meet; please pray for a positive impact on the Iran war. China has recently complained about “illegal” sanctions against the Iranians and Iranian allies
– The US military has cleared mines in the Strait of Hormuz, it is now reopened for international shipping. Please pray that it would remain open
4. Global Wildfires
Please pray regarding the following fires, that they would be brought under control
– Ross Fire (in Texas) which has already burned 80,000 acres,
– The Hawk Fire in Nevada, 90,000 people have now been evacuated
-A wildfire in Indonesia’s Wildfire which has now turned poisonous; 10 Million people are Sick As Toxic Smoke Swallows Cities
5. Ebola Outbreak 2026
– The World Health Organisation has declared this Ebola outbreak a global health emergency (3 months ago). Please pray for global health agencies to sit up and truly take this seriously
– 2,500 dead and rising: UN says DR Congo Ebola outbreak ‘growing exponentially’ • (7 days ago): Please pray that the power of this outbreak would be broken and that it would be brought under control. It is like there is a satanic force propelling this particular outbreak to cause so much death, if this is true, please pray that such a force would be broken.
– This current outbreak has a 90% mortality rate and no working vaccine . Please pray that a working vaccine would be found quickly
6: Gaza
Please pray as the Gaza Board of Peace envoy Mladenov warns Gaza ceasefire risks ‘collapse’ in an interview with Al Jazeera [Link to Al-Jazeera article]
Please also feel free to pray for any other ongoing global matters
